I’m selling my house because it’s to big and looking into renting a room for at least 24 to 48 months until I find a small and suitable condo to purchase. I raised my boys and they are out of the house. I’m Puerto Rican, 52 years old, very clean, can cook a good Spanish meal on Sundays and have a clean background check. I’ve worked full-time for Mental Health Connecticut for 22 years. I’m a hard worker and will be seeking for a part time employment once I’m settled in, so I will be rarely home, I’m a happy going person and get along with everyone.
