Full time steady employment for the last 14 plus years at a hospital setting and past 32 years in the medical equipment field. I would consider myself as a professional in my field of work! Tends and keeps to himself. Served in the United States Marine Corps many moons ago. Can be social person if invited otherwise I mind my own business! Respectful and can get along with anyone. Just looking for a place to stay and start being myself as I must go on on my own! Life must go on! I work full time at the hospital Monday- Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm ( I do take 3-4 days off every month or every other month but that info would be shared to make sure it is understood).

In search of a room, detached room with own private bathroom. Would Even consider rent/lease to purchase properties. I prefer close to the lake or Closest to Moreno Valley (place of employment) but am open! I am a long time smoker but never inside of my own homes so why would I disrespect your home? As long as I am allowed to smoke outside is fine with me. If this an issue, please don’t consider me or contact me. I am also a social drinker just to make sure we are all on the same page! Especially during football season! Once again, if this is going to be an issue, please don’t consider or contact me. I like to bbq carne asada, pollo asado, during the Football season and if allowed smoke some BBQ (still learning but have smoked Turkey for Thanksgiving! Also have smoked ribs!) 420 friendly and Don’t care about your race, ethnicity, sexual identity, etc.. at all as I don’t mind what you do with your own life! Respect all personnel as long as I am respected in return! We are who we are!

If you can’t socialize even once in a while/BBQ/and enjoy a few drinks with company then I am not that roomie. Just got to be straight from the beginning as I would like a place that will I feel comfortable in my surroundings and have the sense of felling like I am in my own place and belonging without being judged or criticized! We all ought to be able to talk to one another without talking behind peoples backs! Respect! I am an Old School values type of man. I am going through a divorce and once it’s over I will once again in the near future be able to purchase my own home as I will be financially capable of doing. Current Credit because of my current situation (Divorce) is probably not good at this time but paystubs or copy of w2 for last year or more can be provided blanking out my Social Security number of course!) I earn a good income just for your consideration and security knowing that payment should be no problem. If credit is a big issue, please don’t consider or contact me. I have had to take some hits and take some losses financially but have no issue making a rental payment. In the mean time, it would be an honor to gain new friends/aquaintances along the way going forward in my life. No Drama here just need to find a great place to start over!
