Hello. My name is Alex Minkoff, I am about to finish my masters program at American University, and I am looking for a long-term apartment, preferably in Crystal House or Crystal Towers due to their proximity to the metro and to the climbing gym. I have recently become fully vaccinated and I follow all the normal COVID safety rules. I’ve made friends in the area through school and I’m always happy to make new ones but if you’re someone that prefers to keep to themselves then that’s fine by me and I respect that. That being said, it can be nice to have a roomie to, hike with, play videogames with, or vent about work with then that’s definitely me. I don’t throw parties or smoke but I wouldn’t mind having a friend over once in awhile as long as their vaccinated and not sick. I like to cook and I have some kitchen gadgets like an Instant Pot and a rice cooker which my roommates are more than welcome to use. I also like to keep the common areas clean but I’m not anal about it. I also lean left politically so no Trumpers please. Happy to answer any questions you might have about me!
