Hey everyone! Transplant from Virginia and currently just looking around at options for roommates. I have accepted a job offer and am open to a few different housing options. I would prefer a furnished accommodation if the place is an apartment but am looking at available options. I also might be interested in going in on a home if the economics work out.

I am a pretty clean person that likes meeting new people and would love to explore the city and the surrounding county and state as I have only been to the west coast a few times. A little on the nerdier side of things but also like to kickback now and then. I absolutely hate smoking but everything else is fair game.
