Good Evening, my name is Evelyn and I am interested in your rooms. I currently reside in another home in Jacksonville in the Half Moon area. My landlord is about start renovating their house and putting the house on the market to sell in the next 2-3 months. We’ll be looking to rent out your room before then. Looking for room as soon as possible. I have proof of employment, credit scores, references and my landlord can show you my lease I’ve had since January of 2020. I’ve never been late on payments, or utility bills. My husband and I are mature adults and we do not argue, bring drama or any of the sort into the home. We don’t smoke (he just quit vaping), nor do we have pets. Our Landlord can speak on our behalf as they lived in the house as well. We’re quiet, clean and we’re hardly in the home. My husband is currently a Sergeant in the Marine Corps with 1/2. He’s gone between 0500-2000 (gym is incorporated in that) and at times longer. I currently work at Sanders Ford and I’m gone between 0700-2100, and at times longer due to dealership hours and the deal I’m working with clients. I’m currently finishing my background and clearance to work full time on base as a contractor in the ER. He plays video games when he comes home and I do my schooling for my masters. We have two vehicles and all our belongings fit in one room. He’s re-enlisting and we’ll be here for another two years or so. Whenever he gets orders or when you want to sell your property is when we would leave your residence, or just even the matter that we’re not a good fit.
