Hi I’m cheryl..I’m 53 years young. I’m looking to rent a room for about $700 here in long beach. I work alot, dont have any pets. My income is stable. I keep to myself pretty much but am also friendly and very clean. Rent out her in California is just so exspensive, so its necessary for me to find a room for rent. I’m looking for long term, it’s easy for me to get along with people, and respect their privacy, thanks!!
