Hi! Okay wanted to make this post as will be currently needing a new roommate most likely end of April or early May. My current roommate is moving and need to find someone to take over her lease. The apartment is a 2 bed and 2 bath unit, the room that will be available is the master so you will get your own bathroom. I do have one dog she is my esa and very friendly she is not always at the apartment as I do take her to daycare 3 days a week. I am very quiet and do keep to myself but I am reliable and do work a steady Monday through Friday job so don’t have to worry about me paying bills late. The rent budget is about 1500 that includes WiFi and electric. If you have a pet it is pet friendly and my dog gets along great with other dogs or cats. The lease ends December but hopefully there is an option to renew. Looking for someone who is needing long term. If you have any questions or are very interested feel free to let me know. 😊
