Hi all! I just moved back to the San Diego area after a 2 year stay in North Carolina. I have a great job in Rancho Bernardo with a General Contractor in Affordable Housing Construction, where I work Full time. I would love to find a Sub-lease or privately rented apartment, but would be more than happy to rent with an ideal roommate. I am hoping to find something close to Downtown SD, but not too far from Rancho Bernardo, I am willing to be flexible with location. When I’m not working, I like to gym, game, or explore the cities in the area with friends. I like to keep busy, so I tend to be a fairly quiet roommate. I am easy going, so if there is dealbreakers or preferences that you may have if we room together, I am more than happy to accommodate.
