Unfortunately the Dog in my photo is going to be staying with my wife. Speaking of the wife… We are gonna try out a permanent break for a while, and see how that works? Ultimately I am looking to assemble a TEAM-UP of ideally 4-5 people (5 max) to rent a house, however if the right room presents itself to me I will be open. Well for most of my life I have lived in like a group environment. When I was a kid, we had 9 people under one roof. In college I lived in DORMS. Later in life, when working in addiction medicine and treatment, I managed boarding houses, and sober living type houses. It is during these roles that I established myself as a leader in these environments. I have healthy boundaries, I know how to respect other’s boundaries, and I know how to enforce my own. I also know how to have those tough conversations when one party (or both) feel as if their boundaries are being violated. I am proficient in fleshing out these situations as they arise, so that both parties can find an agreeable solution before either harbors any resentment. Honestly I am just really good at sharing a space. I prefer to live with younger people. I am very chill about most things, I also come well prepared with common sense and respect for others! :)
