move date is incredibly flexible. need to make a change by separating from my husband, and trying to see what my options are. the cat/s may or may not be coming with me. i am a trans masc genderqueer person. preferred pronouns are it/its, but he/him is fine. k1nky, poly, nerdy, artsy, and generally a pretty quiet guy. i try my best to be polite and considerate. i work full-time, have two side gigs, and am very active socially, so i will be coming and going a lot. i like things neat and tidy, but sometimes can be forgetful. however, i never mind being reminded to take care of something. open, honest communication is highly important to me. so, if you have any questions or concerns, please just ask!
