I work full-time remotely in marketing. I’m clean, respectful, financially stable, and keep a fairly quiet routine. Outside of work, I spend most of my time at the gym, visiting cafes, walking by the beach, traveling, and enjoying a calm home environment. I don’t smoke or party, and rarely have guests over. I also do not have any pets.

I currently live on my own but am open to a roommate situation if it’s the right fit. I value a comfortable, well-maintained home and appreciate people who are considerate, communicative, have good energy, and are respectful of shared spaces and privacy :) Budget is flexible.
