I’m looking for a room in a clean, secure house, estate, property or a trailer/ mobile home with a hopefully(optional) a secure place to store my work tools . I would also fit well into a setting to trade full or partial services along with rent. I’m a 70 yr old healthy, honest ( to a fault ) sober ( I don’t drink or use drugs ), spiritually oriented , good with people, work during the week, home every night. I have been successfully self-employed for the last 30+ years, I spend most weekdays working, repairing and painting homes, working various construction projects . I live a fairly quiet boring lifestyle . My business and personal references are impeccable and I have good credit. Due to the nature of my profession and construction skills, I always seem to end up (very affordably) upgrading the properties I have lived in , which I feel benefits everyone. I take full responsibility for my word and agreements and always try to do the right thing while minding my own business. I am looking forward with the future in mind to just the right long term property to make my home.
