Hi I’m Kristen! I’m going to be a medical student at Sam Houston COM and am looking for a roommate. From San Antonio, tx and very laidback. I’m the type of roommate where as long as we keep mutual respect, I am perfectly fine with bfs/gfs staying over, etc.

I’m the type of roommate that often keeps to myself, but I’m trying to be more open. I’m not a fan of having large groups of people over unless its a weekend. I’m pretty quiet and do a lot of my HW alone in my room or at the kitchen table. I get up pretty early in the morning and go to bed before midnight. I’m pretty clean, if I ever did leave a mess it would be in my own room and not any common areas.

My boyfriend will be our 3rd roommate but he will have a separate room. I will be studying a lot so I don’t mind friends coming over but I need a quiet environment for studying and sleeping. I will be moving in late June/early July . I have most apartment stuff like pots/pans, vacuum etc. except for a couch or table which I plan on purchasing secondhand when I move in.

I’m looking for someone who

• Possibly a student
• Doesn’t have pets (we have 2 cats)
• Reliable income
• Keeps the space clean
• Must be LGBT+ and BLM friendly
• Preferably female but am open to any gender

I am interested in these properties which includes:

• washer and dryer
• Walk in closets

My budget is to keep rent below $600 for each of us but preferably an apartment that is under $1400/month
