I am a full-time professional working in Frederick in an operations leadership role. I have been renting since my wife passed away a few years back.

I am currently in a month-to-month arrangement, and may be looking for another place a few months from now (I am writing this 1/25/26). I have been living at the current location for approx. 3 years.

I am quiet, organized, and keep a clean living space. I work long weekday hours and spend most of my time either at work or relaxing at home. I am in school, and hold state credentials with the board of nursing and addictions and behavioral health professionals board.

I can provide income and employment verification, along with references. Credit is 760-770 range. I am respectful of shared spaces, pay rent on time, and communicate clearly. I would be looking for a stable, low drama place to live and plan to stay long term if it is a good fit.

I do not have pets, smoke, drink, or use drugs. Despite a love for animals, I have severe allergies so I have to be selective. I value a calm, neat, clean household and mutual consideration.
