I have references, can verify my income and am an ideal roommate because I am often not at home and when I am I spend my time sleeping, gardening and cooking. I am a college graduate from San Francisco State University, I am divorced and have two kids who live in Redmond WA. I visit them once a month in Washington; They will not be staying at the house.
