Hi, I’m 63, female, single (and planning on staying single). I keep to myself when not at work and am quiet and clean. I have two cats who are indoor cats right now, but they can be indoor/outdoor cats as well. Both are neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and don’t spray.

I work for FedEx (West Portland station on Swan Island) night/early mornings 7 days/week. I generally sleep during the late day through early night, but I’m used to living around day people and am quiet when I’m up prior to going to work. I’m also not bothered by noise when I’m sleeping.

I’m also a wildlife and portrait artist, working in soft pastel, charcoal, and graphite. I will need to use the room as an art studio as well as my residence.
