My name is Katie Ngo and I am 25 years old. I am a recent college graduate working as a server at Red Robin. I have an internship over the summer that might transition to full time so I’ll be gone during most of the day on weekdays. My move-in date is July 1st, I am looking for something long-term, and I would prefer having full-kitchen access and high speed internet since sometimes I would need to work from home. I am clean, quiet, respectful. I have no pets, (but I am pet-friendly) I don’t smoke, drink, party, vape, I am LGBTQ+ friendly, etc. I keep to myself but love to make friends when my social battery isn’t low. I am clean, quiet, respectful and communicative. Some of my hobbies include gaming, painting, cooking, and trying new cafes/restaurants!
