Seeking a roomshare close to Mills College as I will be working nearby when we return to the classrooms - hopefully this August. Currently WFH. I teach computer Science at a local High School, so WIFI is a must.

I’m COVID-conscious- got my 2 vaccinations already and have been sheltering-in-place for the last year.

I’ve lived with adult roommates for years after I got divorced, as rents are high here in the Bay as well as Socal. I’m a male in his 60’s, welcoming a career change after being an Engineer for years. I’m pretty quiet , considerate, hetero Male, father of 2, yogi, educator. Grew up in Hawaii

I don’t smoke, rarely drink. I don’t have a pet, but would welcome a furry roommate if you have one. Looking for available street parking, garage space for some extra gear/ camping/golf and electronics

Need: Readily available laundry- on-site, or personal is even better, Kitchen privileges, I mostly make breakfast, and hit Trader Joes.

Would love a larger bedroom 14x20, which is what I’m renting now. I have a queen sized bed, 2 night stands and a desk and dresser. Reason for moving: My landlady is remodelling her home, which will be extensive.

Interests include, tennis, golf, computers movies/Netflix, live music concerts & dining out.

I’m gone 1 weekend monthly + Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break to visit my girls in SoCal
