I am from New England, looking for warm weather year-round, not just Spring through the fall. I want to buy a home and learn about the area beforehand. I like to be active with biking, boating, court sports, BBQs, and any Salt Life activity. Love nature and animals. Areas of interest are St Pete, Venice, IRB, Crystal River, Natures Coast, Redington Shores/Beach, Madeira Beach, Sarasota, and Bradenton. I will consider other upscale rentals for the right location and rental, furnished or unfurnished bedroom, and a MUST PRIVATE BATHROOM. I am extremely clean for personal hygiene and common areas.
