Ok, so I have a place in Serra Mesa. It’s nice but needs a little work after the last guy left. Should be ready to show soon. I can’t afford it on my own, so I rent out the second room that has a private bathroom. It’s $1200, everything included (H20, electric, wifi, streaming services) On site laundry and street parking are the worst of it. I do have a 16 year old son half of the week, and a dog all of the week. They’re both house trained and pretty well behaved.
