Hello! I’m Tom; I have just graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering. I will be starting my full-time job at the end of June and moving to the West Palm Beach area. I prefer something closer to Juno Beach.

I am looking for a room with a private bathroom or 1-2 other roommates to rent an apartment/house (preferably an apartment (less maintenance and lower utility bills), and up to $1200 after utilities.

I’m very quiet and clean. Also, I don’t mind pets! Looking for people who can also maintain cleanliness and be considerate of others.

From the listings I’ve seen, a 3 bd/2 ba apartment is the most realistic/affordable, and there are some in the area in that price range ($2300-2700).
