Writer, working on a novel (literary fiction with speculative elements) seeks a Pearl District cozy room with private bathroom in a female household. I love stairs, attics and upper floors. Please no basements or “garden levels.” My happy places are: the Williamette Writers group, Powell’s, and Portland’s Main Library. I’d love to be able to walk (within a couple of miles) to these sites for daily/weekly visits and to attend Portland’s many cultural offerings. (I co-own a primary residence in Forest Grove and will visit back there once a month). I bring a positive, quiet, Zen-like vibe balanced with a good sense of humor. I truly love humans - but I need alone time to recharge and write/read in my room. Minimalist (will be bringing books, clothes only). I need a bed, desk, closet and private bathroom. Love a clean envioronment and will help maintain your lovely home. Excellent health, and active in maintaining it (believer in vaccinations). Walker, public transport rider; outdoors lover; healthy, and consistently wake up happy. Mutual respect for privacy and boundaries. Weekly use of washer and dryer.
