I’m interested in renting/sharing a well maintained, safe space in Sarasota.

I’m a 45 year old professional single male looking for a rental to share for at least the next 6 months.

I usually travel 4 to 5 months out of each year, but have stopped everything other than in state travel since last March when my industry faced mandatory government shutdowns due to the global Corona virus outbreak.

Thankfully our industry as a whole is now beginning to get back on its feet and beginning to schedule new projects once again.

In saying that, I was planning on purchasing a new home last fall, which was thrown off due to these unforeseen circumstances and has now set me back a good year.

So until I can feel comfortable enough to purchase and moreover find something that I can’t live without, I’ve decided to take the budget route temporarily and share a nice, safe place with someone or rent a space in someone else’s existing home.

I love family, friends; reall9y enjoy music, dogs, outdoors/beach/ocean, and definitely fine foods, but I’m not good with long haired cats that have dander issues, constant loud noise or being brought into anyone’s personal issues or drama, etc.

If you think I may fit the parameters you have set forth in your mind for a renter, please let me know and I would love to maybe meet and check the place out.
