Hi! My mom and I are looking for a 1 bedroom and a private bathroom, to share between the two of us, preferably downstairs.

We are responsible and respectful. We value harmony, good communication, and others’ personal space and privacy. We usually just keep to ourselves, but are easy to get along with.

We usually rise early for work, but we are quiet, and retire early for the right.

I will be working in Albany and will be out quite often and if I’m home, I like to stay and relax in my room. I don’t use the common areas much, except for the kitchen and laundry.

My mom is not working, she will be there mostly to help me since my mobility is limited because of my arthritis. She likes to cook and cleans after herself. She doesn’t really like staying put and do nothing as much as possible. She likes to take walks and explore the neighborhood when not doing chores.

We love animals, but prefer not to have them around the house, and no children as well please. Thank you for understanding.
