Interested in the basement apartment! I have a 10-year-old and a steady income. I would really like to be considered for this place. I have a job and also unemployment checks because my job is a contracting agreement part-time, I also receive SSI so my monthly income is around 1800 to 2000 a month so I can definitely afford this place..
