Updated profile! Looking for a room/roommate in Denver as soon as possible.

Hey there! I’m currently on some roommate sites, but looking to cast the widest net possible at the moment and find the best fit.

I’m currently living in Lone Tree but looking to move to downtown Denver. It doesn’t have to be downtown, but looking to be as close to downtown as possible. Looking to get closer to where all the action is so it’s easier to meet new people and find fun activities to do!

Ideally I’m looking for something under $1,100 a month, but can be flexible and pay more if the place/fit seems great enough. Ideally I’d also like to find a month-to-month arrangement. At the most, I’d probably only be okay with a 6 month lease as I anticipate my income to change before that point. So yearly leases likely won’t work unless it’s the perfect location/great roommate fit/a place that I can see myself being at for a year.

My lease ends August 31st* (sorry had a typo! I accidentally originally typed 1st instead of 31st), but I’m looking to move into the new place as soon as possible. I’m flexible and can always move in toward the beginning of September after the 1st if needed as well, depending on your situation and if you have a current roommate moving out.

I’m totally open to teaming up and going into an apartment with someone and splitting the utilities/costs as well, but am running short on time as far the work needed to achieve this kind of specific scenario (finding a new building, finding a roommate to team up with).

A little more about me, here are the things I love! Being happy, positive, healthy both mentally and physically, making friends, growing as a person, learning, music (especially dance music :D), exercising (really loving jump roping lately!), helping others and helping people reach more of their potential.

I’m very respectful with those around me and will be keeping the place nice and tidy. I love being a problem solver, so if there are ever any issues that crop up with the residence or anything, I can always see if there’s anything I can do to help out. Have always paid rent on time, have always been a responsible citizen and take pride in both of those. If there’s anything else you’re curious about, feel free to ask!

A few more details about me: straight, non-smoker, no kids or pets of my own, I have a mild allergy to cats so seeking a place without cats, prefer a private bedroom & private bathroom, having a good or acceptable parking situation is important to me as I’ll be in and out throughout the day because of my job in real estate.
