I am looking for a room to rent in Sacramento! Preferably closer to Elk Grove. I have a cat, MJ, he’s very calm and quiet and sleeps a lot. He is 4 years old, so he does not run around as much as he did when he was a kitten. I am an extremely clean person, I work Mon-Fri 8-5, so there is not a lot of time to make a mess. Also side note, Im a great cook and am easy to get along with :-) I can pass a background check if needed and pay stubs proving I make more than 3x rent.
