***I do not have a depositI am not planning on staying very long and it is rare to ask for deposit as my budget it is very small. I am a 50 year old facility Care Manager looking to rent a room for 3-4months. I am on call 24 hrs a day and work a lot so I am not home too much. I like to stay in my room and watch TV and enjoy my quiet time when I am home. I am very clean and respectful of people and their space and time. I need a quiet environment free of any drug use. I have noone visiting me….its just me and my champagne on my time off. I don’t have any rental issues, I pay every month on time. Thank you for considering me to rent a space in your home.
