Very disciplined, trustworthy, polite, clean, organized, peaceful, easy to get along with, and very respectful of others privacy and noise level. I expect the same from a housemate. I work from home so I prefer someone who works outside of the home so as not to be distracted. Non tobacco user, I drink a glass of wine (or 2) every evening. I will not be having any guests, I prefer no parties at the home, but enjoy going out to socialize. I love walking the beach in the early morning and again at sunset, doing yoga, and frequently enjoy outside living as much as the weather allows.
