I am 21 and very respectful and responsible my rate is starting at 600 to 1200 now that’s only if your place if worth that price I want respect just as much as you are asking I’ve had pretty bad people I’ve rented from I’m tired I am clean respectful I just want somewhere I can lay my head and go to school peacefully if can’t have friends and family over forget it I don’t have many anyway just enough if I am going through a depression phase I can have someone there with me it would not be to disrespect anyone’s home I willing to rent a basement or room with its own bathroom before you start putting strict rules just think if you’d want to live like this or could a human live like this if yes then I’ll definitely check your place out even though though I am young I work hard and sometimes I get judged by people who I make more money then and I thinks that’s crazy !!! If you judge I don’t want to be in your presence anyway as it would drain my outgoing energy I like to coexist so if your wife I am your kind of person Hod sent us to this world to fight the enemy the devil not each other so let’s let hate go and fight will love instead
