Hi! My name is Rotem and I’m 20 years old. I’m an art student and I work at starbucks. I have a little cat names Mullein. He is sweet, social and well trained. He’s short haired so he doesn’t really shed which I think is nice. As a roomate I’m respectful and collaborative, and I clean up after myself. I would really appreciate a quiet living environment. I’m very sensitive to even the television being on in the living area. I don’t like guests over constantly. These are things I’m willing to compromise on but I do require peace and quiet in my living situations. My point is if it’s going to be a louder living arrangement I probably wouldn’t be a good fit. I ask that whoever I room with be relatively clean and minimalistic. I am a responsible person and I keep up with chores regularly. I’m seeking a roomate who is financially responsible and can keep up with chores and cleaning without being asked. I’m really sick of roomates I need to chase after for chores, so this is very important to me as well as bills getting paid on time. I communicate everything. I’m very direct. I am a reasonable person and willing to compromise, and I’m understanding unless pushed too far. Overall, I really wish for a harmonious living experience. I value honesty, respect and above all open communication. I don’t expect friendship but whatever happens happens. I love people, but my alone time is very important to me and being able to unwind by myself after a stressful day. Let’s message and talk more!
