! Please review my extremely limited budget before offering a room to me Otherwise I am a hip 😎 68 year old fun friendly and get along with young people betterthan my own age. I like my solitude and personal space. I cannot afford an apartment I am looking for someone that has a room with a private bath they want to rent out. I am a neat freak and I like to go out, shop, travel, visit my daughter or be busy then go to my room for solitude and regrouping! You won’t even know I’m there! Eventually I will move to california. But not for a few years.. My daughter is a writer and producer in Hollywood and she will supply a reference! I do smoke but it’s not a big deal if you don’t allow it. I have a 20+ years rental history at the same place and my landlord will have a nice reference
