Rooms currently have a couple pieces of furniture in them but can be removed or used. Finally I do smoke, not often in the house but i does happen from time to time. 420 friendly as well. We can provide you with a twin sized bed frame and mattress if you would like. Internet, cable, water, gas, electricity and trash are all included in the rent. If you do not want internet and cable access, we can negotiate a slightly lower rate. Pets are not allowed unless it is in a tank or a cage (birds, fish and reptiles accepted). Cats and dogs are not welcome because we cannot guarantee that our pets will get along with yours. This is just a bedroom and bathroom. There is no kitchen access nor is there a living room.
