My roommate and I are looking to fill our 3rd bedroom. We live in an elevator building, duplex apartment. The third bedroom is on the first floor. The rest of the apartment (kitchen, living room, bathroom and other bedrooms) are on the second floor! High ceilings, closets in bedroom. The 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a door but previous roommates have used room dividers and curtains to make more private. There’s about 20+ stairs separating the living room and 3rd bedroom. I do have a dog (8 month old, dachshund about 15 pounds). Apartment is furnished but the 3rd bedroom will not be! If interested, please contact me! $1,300 a month, internet, utilities included!
Hello! Our names are Jenny and Natalie and we have lived in this apartment for almost 3 years. It is a pre-war, very very spacious true three bedroom on the upper west side. The room available is unfurnished, however the rest of the apartment is furnished. We love this apartment and love the area, and currently we are in the process of looking for a new roommate to join our lease for the remainder of our lease term (ending August 31 2019). The location is great: 1 block away from the 1 train at 79th, and 2 avenues from the B/C trains and central park west. We are 2 avenues from museum of natural history, around plenty of bars, restaurants and movie theaters as well as within a 10 minute walking distance from a whole foods, trader joes and fairway. The building is old, and is a 4th floor walk up, but is very clean, charming and has a very homey feel! Heat and water are included in rent. Internet/cable and electric are separate from rent and range from 80 dollars total each per month to a bit higher in the summer months when we have our AC units on. We are looking for someone alot like us: a professional person, responsible, clean and respectful, who enjoys keeping things low key during the week. We are requiring whoever will be joining us to fill out an application with our management company which includes a background and credit check, and be added to our lease pending approval of application. Room will be available as early as January 10th for move in, first month rent (January) will be pro-rated based on the move in date. Security deposit is $2700 per person
