Ty's room

I have a room available for rent in a recently remodeled 4br home in a very quiet neighborhood in Grand Prairie. Home is located in a very central location with easy access to I-20 and HW-360 for quick access to Fort Worth, Dallas downtown and DFW & Love field airports.

I’m very laid back/drama free. I usually keep to myself when I am home, however this doesn’t mean that we cannot be friendly or ever have conversations. I want you to feel comfortable living in the home and I expect the same by you respecting my home and possessions, as I will yours.
