**I have a tentative roommate pending a few additional steps, please inquire if interested as I’m taking backup options. Female inquiries only please (at this time). I am recently divorced and looking to get back on my feet! I have 3 fur-kids (dogs) .. 2 that love people and one who is a little shy. I am currently in a home in Pflugerville near I35 and have a guest room, fully furnished. Will be moving to a lovely apartment with a small yard in North Austin (end of May). The guest room can be furnished still, or I can downsize and you can bring your own stuff. You would have your own room off the main living area and guest bath. Typically don’t have many people over, so it’s 95% yours! Until May in my current home… You 100% have your own bathroom.

Bonus, for the apartment when moving… The windows all have views of a wooded area and it’s a corner unit. So much privacy! 1st floor, so NO stairs (yay!). Awesome pool with sundeck and courtyard. 15 minutes from the Domain and not too far from downtown! My current house (if you want to move in before June 1st) is in a brand new neighborhood. Also a gated community.

Washer and dryer available to use as well.

I do like to cook (occasionally) and always willing to share that! Sometimes I’ll have a few friends over, but most of the time it’s just me.

Looking for 3 months ideally, but completely flexible if you want to move out early. May be open to slightly longer.

I have been a CASA advocate with foster youth for 6 years and am fully background checked. Happy to provide references.

I’m in and out right now all day because of self employment work, but whenever I get a FT job, it will be the standard 8-5. Dogs will be as daycare for getting out some energy and if I go out of town, they come with me (or stay at their daycare for posh boarding).

Ideal roomie: ** No additional pets ** Reliable with rent contributions ** Not completely disruptive to common areas (i.e. just clean what you use and keep guest bath tidy in case I have someone over. I wouldn’t want to mess with your stuff. :-) ** Must be ok with large dogs and a Corgi ** No crazy loud music please. I do love louder music myself, but it’s hard with roommates and an apartment. ** Chill personality
