About the room
I am moving to LA April 1 and looking for a subletter (credit check required), my lease goes until September 30, 2020. I wouldn’t give this place up if I weren’t moving! Move-in is 4/1.
About the apartment: Huge 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment, Big balcony, INCLUDED covered garage parking spot, hardwood floors, indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, courtyard, great landlord.
Your new space: Huge master bed with en suite bathroom, access to balcony, walk-in closet, a ton of bathroom storage, very quiet neighbors. Garage spot included! $850 a month… utilities are very low.
Location: 7 min drive to Congress Park, less than 10min drive to center of CapHill. I work in RiNo and it takes me about 15min to drive (I take Josephine). 10 min walk to Trader Joes and Sprouts (off Colorado). Across the street from a big park with tennis, and basketball courts.
About the roomies
About your new roommate: 30/F professional. I have known my housemate for 10 years, she loves climbing, biking, dancing, and camping on the weekends.
