Ty's room

I have a unfurnished (air bed available) room for rent huge closet and 420 friendly private bathroom that’s connected to your room for $800 utilities included , 24 gym/ pool WiFi and if you want cable in your room I think the box is $10 a month. I’m quite clean. I’ve only been staying here for like a month and I was starting over. I have a furnished living room just no dining table yet.

1st months rent due upfront I have a 7yr old daughter who is with me Sunday 10am -Wednesday 7am but she cool and we don’t get home until around 5 on weekdays and she’s sleep by 8:30. 10am -Wednesday 7am (why I’m looking for females only non negotiable) but she cool and we don’t get home until around 5 on weekdays and she’s sleep by 8:30.
