Quiet gated community. Must be 35 or older. Master bedroom w private bath and walk in closet. You would have use of the kitchen and living room. Very nice outside space w yard and patio, great for having morning coffee or just sitting to relax. A few minutes to Bell Rd in Surprise. Also, about 10 minutes from Arrowhead Mall and restaurants.

I live 10 minutes from property. There is one woman that rents a room there. She is a traveling nurse, and is usually only home later in the evening, and is very friendly and personable. She keeps the place neat and clean, and would expect the same from her roomie.
