I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home in a very quite place (not a trailer park) just in the outskirts of berea KY, only minutes from down town. You will have your own bedroom, you must furnish and you can even laint it to fit your taste. The main bath will be yours, unless there is vistors which we hardly EVER have so it would be your vistors that use yours. You will have access to the full place, BESIDES our bedroom! We will not out up with snoops, drugs, constant drinking, guest always over, loud music, thieves… Etc etc. If you do have guest over constantly we will charge an extra 50.00 per month as they will no doubt, use the water… Etc etc. My fiance works nights, and I have my own business from home so someone will more than likely always be there and owners will be on the property as well. All utilities including internet access will be available in your rent. You will always be welcome to the kitchen, we just require you to clean your mess up! There is two of us. My fiance and myself. He works in Lexington and I work from home, as stated. Hes 40, I’m 25. We so have our own car, we normally sleep in the day and work at night. He works Sunday/Wednesday with occasional over time in Thursday’s. We sometimes go out of town on off days to visit family so we hope you respect the place and take care of it while we are gone! We keep to ourselves, we are friendly but do not put up with stupidity and drama! We love family time, No matter if it is just us and we are very welcoming! We love to cook in this time, watch tv (sports or good movies).. I’m a coffee drinker so it would be Coolio to have a friend whom is too!
