Located in a safe and quiet cul de sac between Montrose and La Canada Flintridge, the single family house is centrally located within a few miles drive to JPL, Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, Descanso Gardens downtown LA, shopping centers, hospitals and churches. Public transpotation is accessible within walking distance. It’s also a short drive to Glendale Community College and Pasadena City college. The semi-furnished spacious room has its own bathroom and private entrance as well as a little nook for an office set up. A mature professional is preferred and will be background checked. Use of common areas and driveway parking are included. Utilities will be shared at 30%.

1 other mature professional female will occupy the 4 bedroom property and occasionally, the owner with her grandkids may stay in one of the bedrooms a couple of weeks a month.
