Private street on a private driveway with about 6 houses. Very safe area. Amazing floral smell on street. Dogs are allowed. This will be a short term 5 month lease from Apr 1-end of August. Plenty of street parking. There is also a garage downstairs that is converted to an art studio/office space that is collectively shared. There is also a washer and dryer on site. Utilities are separate. I pay about 150-200 per month for internet, water, gas, electric and trash.

Both roommates are 27 years old. The female rooomate has a dog named Kona. Super chill dog. Both roommates and very nice and polite. Looking for someone who is a clean, quiet, and respectful working professional. No party lifestyle here at this house.
