Monique's room

I have a 1BR available for rent in a 2/BR 2/BTH townhouse located in East Vallejo Hills. It is located on a hill with beautiful views, covered parking and a semi-private bathroom. This is a private/family owned property of 5 units. It is very quiet, there are many hummingbirds and blue jays that accompany the honeysuckle trees. The room is in a great location for commuter! Both Highway 80 and 780 are within 2 miles from this unit and Highway 37 is within 5 miles away as well.

Downstairs has a small desk with a monitor and printer for student/professional use, a 65“ flat screen and an Alexa. I am not really a TV person so its not often that I utilize the living room space but these amenities are available to my future roommate. I don’t have many visitors, I’m more of an outdoorsy type of person :)
