We are looking for an additional roommate to join our 3 story, 3 bedrooms, and 4 baths condo in Escondido. Your private room(unfurnished) and bath will be located on the first floor. The best-suited roommate would be a single working professional or student female/male who is respectful, CLEAN, and responsible. Currently living is 2 Females, 1 male in their late-twenties all college grads and working professionals. No pets, No drugs, No parties. Backgrounds check and proof of income required.
-$1100 all utilities included: Wi-Fi, Water, Gas, & Electric.
