1 unfurnished bedroom available in my 2 bedroom 1 bath condo for 1 person. The room size is 11 by 11.5 - the bathroom is shared - The condo is newly renovated - modern style. central cooling/heat - laundry is inside the apartment - you have access to the common areas (living room, dining, kitchen, patio) There’s a storage unit in the basement about 5ft by 7ft that you’re welcome to share with me. All utilities included - the condo size is about 950 sqft. The apartment is furnished, females only

I work in the city in Compliance and usually am away between 730am and 6pm Monday through Fridays. I’m also a part time Yoga teacher and usually am constructing a new yoga class at home. I have a chow chow/ samoyed 10 year old dog who lives with me
