large room to rent in spacious farm house right out side town limits. 20 drive from lewiston , Pullman and Moscow. I would be happy to take a short team renter as my try to sell the house at the end of the year. house sits on a beautiful 7.7 acre land with room to sort if needed. we have dogs, cat, horses and goats so i would be open to someone with a pet as long as they get on with other pets. room is an second floor furnished but can remove if want to bring you own things. water and internet included, power bill to be split 3 ways each month. would consider couples of any sex.
