Big home in nice quiet area of Victorville. Full access to laundry room, and kitchen. Private room upstairs with Private sink Jack n Jill bathroom…which is shared shower. Restroom has 2 doors with privacy locks. No one is using next door room but may be used in future. WIFI included with Netflix if desired. No overnight guests without prior approval or showing Id. No parties. Respectable Quiet house…I am studying in the evenings and weekends. Only additional costs may be extra for those summer hot days.

Professional Working and Continuing Education/Woman. Small friendly dogs but will be in Master when away. I do have family and friends occasionally over but household is generally a working quiet household. Close to freeways shopping centers.
