Hi! I own a 3-bedroom, 2.5 .5 bathroom townhouse in downtown Leesburg, VA. House is a 3-5 minute walk to all of downtown Leesburg’s restaurants and attractions, as well as only 1 block from the W&OD trail. I am renting out one of the spare bedrooms and a full bathroom. Access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, deck, backyard, two half bathrooms, and parking are all included. Bills (water, electricity, gas, internet, cable, and security system) are included. The bedroom is furnished with a sizable closet, but if the renter prefers the room unfurnished that could be arranged as well. Must be ok with living with my dog (an 8 yo Boxer).
