Lina's room

This townhome is extremely beautiful! A quiet neighborhood with a cul-de-sac and more than enough parking. The room itself is spacious. You’ll have the whole basement to yourself–huge room with large closet space, a private bathroom and the full basement living area. The basement is also where the laundry room is located (and the only reason why the rest of us would be down there–to do laundry) across from the bathroom and bedroom. And finally, there’s a mechanical room right next door for even more storage. In terms of common area, the kitchen will be used as a shared space on the main level. We are conveniently located 25 minutes from DC, 10 minutes from the nearest metro and 5 minutes from I-95. pretty much equidistant to anywhere you desire to go (within reason and radius), whether North or South.

The people living here is a mom, a school bus driver in her late 50s, and her daughters. Daughter #1, works in social work within Fairfax County and Daughter #2 does public relations, working in DC. Both daughters are in their 20s. We are looking to share our space with a kind, respectable professional who is conscious of our family dynamic. You can be as involved or not in our lives as you wish. We also have two small, hypoallergenic dogs (no more animals allowed) who will bark when you get home unless it’s nighttime, but they’re sweet as can be. (They just bark because they’re excited.)
