A private entrance from the back yard to a large private room (roughly 20 by 20) located in the back of a remodled 1940s Ranch House, nestled between historic Huntridge and Hip Eastern Fremont St. Minutes to convention center, down town, the strip. Old world charm! Pets, EDC, Wsop, Nascar, Life is Beautiful, gambling. All are welcome. Need to book for month (law) . Private entrance in bird sanctuary. A/C, 65 inch inch curved smart Samsung, Wii fii. local channels, Disney, Netflix.

1940 s ranch style house in a quiet residential section off downtown fremont. The backyard is a quiet tropical setting. H2O is permitted outside in the back as long as local laws are not violated. There is no smoking permitted in house. This is a house with a garden in the back with desert landscape in the front. Laundry on premise, walk to grocery drug stores. Coffee, water included.

Guests have access to entire house outside of my private bedroom. There is a washer and dryer available as well as kitchen. Entrance is private through the oasis, the back door of the house which leads into your room. You have a private 1/2 restroom (toilet, sink). However the shower is a shared room for the house and is private with a lock. The clothes washer is located in the 1/2 restroom, so is shared.

A great place to relax for you and or your pet from the strip.

I am currently staying in this room but have to cut my term short for personal reasons, so I am helping the property owner to find a tenant for the time that I will not be renting from him. Pets OK, friendly host, private entrance and beautiful garden. He has another bedroom in the house that he may be willing to let you rent if you do want to stay longer. All can be negotiated with host, I am just a middleman trying to help him out. :)
